Consultation...  I ask that I receive copies of all available evaluations and current IEPs/504 plans prior to our meeting.  If they are mailed, they must be copies as they will not be returned.  The initial meeting will be a 60-90 minute phone consultation.  I will address any questions and concerns you have, develop a game plan, and explain what you can realistically expect to happen during the meeting. We can then decide if you feel comfortable handling it alone or if you want to hire me to attend the meeting with you.  My charge for this service is $100, which is non-refundable and due prior at the time the evaluations and other paperwork are submitted for review.

Case Conference/ 504 meeting/mediation attendance...I will attend the Case Conference/504 meeting/mediation for $80/hour, billable in 15 minute increments with a 1 hour minimum.  When significant travel is required (more than 15 miles from Gary, IN), travel time will be billed at $20/hour, also billed in 15 minute increments, both to and from the conference site.

Telephone support...I will discuss questions and concerns after the initial consultation for a total of 30 minutes at no charge.  After that, there will be a charge of $16/hour, also billable in 15 minute increments.  If I initiate the call in order to clarify specific concerns, there will be no charge.

Speaking engagements...I am available to speak to support groups and for seminars.  I have a variety of topics available for presentation.  Call for specific information and pricing.
